Meet One of Our Assistant Principals, Dr. Kendale M. White

I am honored to serve as one of the assistant principals at Shrine School. Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of working alongside our dedicated staff and students, and these years have been among the most rewarding of my career. Shrine School is a unique and exceptional place. While we are considered a specialty school, our mission is to ensure every student receives the tools and support they need to thrive.

My professional journey spans more than two decades in education. I have spent eight years as a special education teacher, one year teaching gifted and talented students, thirteen years as a special education administrator, and six years as a general education administrator. In addition, I am a published author in the Journal of Special Education Leadership and have presented nationally on topics such as inclusion, co-teaching, and differentiated instruction. I hold multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Leadership and Policy Studies, and my current research focuses on special education leadership.
